The first match of the IPL was between these teams and Bangalore Royal Challengers were defeated very easily in that match.But this time the situation is different.Both the teams are are coming from many defeats and that why they are below down in the table.Shoib Akhtar was know available for Kolkata Knight Riders but was declared unfit for this match.The match was not started at time because of the rain and was reduced to 16 overs.Kolkata Knight Riders captain won toss and chose to bat first.So Kolkata Knight Riders batting first just scored 129 on their 20 overs.D Hussey was their high scorer who score 27.Kolkata Knight Riders could have made more than 130 if David Hussey and Ganguly both of them had not got runout.So again Bangalore Royal Challengers had not a big score to chase but they did not had a great start.They lost their first of wicket of Chanderpaul in the third over with just 17 on the board.So they were always behind the run rate.Also remained behind the run rate till the last ball and lost the man by 5runs.Mark Boucher scored 50 of 40 balls with 11fours and 1six but remained not out but still could not take his team to victory.Ganguly got the man of the match.As he scored 20 runs and also bowled three overs in which he just gave away 7runs with one wicket.Know after this match I think the chances of Royal Challengers are decreasing to qualify for the finals and their biggest problem is that they are not selecting their prayers properly.
